How does Credit work?
It is a very simple principle: you buy or sell a house and get money back – no catch, no hidden fees.
To receive credit, you must get approved and use one of our affiliate members. Using an affiliate lender and real estate agent, you will receive a credit of 1% of the purchased price up to $7,000 (whichever is less). In addition, affiliate lenders and real estate agents donate directly to Heroji Foundation.
How long is credit valid after approval?
If your application gets approved, your credit is valid for 12 months.
How many credits do you approve per month?
Currently, we are approving nine credits per month. It is recommended to apply for credit as soon as possible if you are planning to buy a house in the next 12 months.
